How is information protected?
Server / Datacenter
Our apps store all information in your Atlassian server. All data is located in your IT system (server) that hosts the Atlassian server product. We do not have access to the information stored on your end. Our apps do not transfer data from your Atlassian server or from the end user's web browser to any of our IT infrastructure.
Cloud
Our cloud apps don't access, store, or otherwise process any personal data with the exception of the cases described below.
Base64 REST API stores no information about users except their associated IDs.
Base64 REST API transfers attachments through Worker server instances, however no persistent data is stored on Worker server instances at any time. All data transferred to and from our infrastructure is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
