Dynatrace integration for Jira is a product with a Term license and requires valid subscription to work properly on your Jira instance.
Get License
To get the license, please contact us at dynatrace_integration@tempest.sk.
To generate the license, we will need following information about your Jira instance:
Organization name
Server ID
Number of licensed Jira Software users
Number of licensed Jira Service Management users
Note: Number of licensed product users is the number of users licensed by Atlassian (not the number of active users)
Price of the subscription depends on the user tier of host products (both Jira Software and Jira Service Management).

Setup License
To set the license, you need to:
go to the plugin settings page
paste the license to License key input field and confirm by clicking the Update button.
After setting new license, you should see the important information like
license status
licensed server ID
organization
type of the license
due date
number of licensed users for each Jira product
Those are the licensed quotas and not the actual state of your Jira instance. If quotas are reached or overrun, the license state will be evaluated as invalid.
In case the license is invalid, this is also the place to colsult the reason, which will be printed for you in error panel just above the license.
