Events about problems in Zabbix with the duration of less than 1 minute may not be synchronized to Dynatrace
As events cannot be closed in Dynatrace, problems in Dynatrace will close automatically after 15 minutes if the status in Zabbix does not persist
TAGs and the Zabbix API is polled each minute.
Problems in Dynatrace are closed at least one minute after the extension detects the problem has been resolved in Zabbix. So it may take at least 2 minutes to close a problem in Dynatrace when Zabbix problem is resolved.
Host tags are only added to Dynatrace, not removed Ports from Dynatrace custom device entities created by the extension.
Monitored ports are only added to Dynatrace, not removed (limitation on Dynatrace processing)
Acknowledges in Zabbix are not synchronized to comments of Dynatrace problems. Zabbix acknowledges are part of Dynatrace event information, not a Dynatrace problem.
