Current limitations

  • Events about problems in Zabbix with a duration of less than 1 minute may not be synchronized to Dynatrace because the Zabbix is polled at a specified time in the configuration field Dynatrace problem resend time. Value can be set to a minute or more.

  • Problems in Dynatrace are closed at least one minute after the extension detects the problem has been resolved in Zabbix. Closing interval is equal to the configuration field Dynatrace problem resend time

  • Ports are not readable from configuration so the Dynatrace custom device has only IP for interconnections with other Dynatrace objects

  • Zabbix acknowledges are part of Dynatrace event information, not Dynatrace problem
