Prerequisites

Dynatrace FullStack instance (Managed or SaaS): Get your own Dynatrace SaaS Trial.

Dynatrace token - a Dynatrace environment API token with following permissions:

• Access problem and event feed, metrics, and topology (API v1)

• Read synthetic monitors, locations, and nodes (API v1)

• Read entities (API v2)

Jira Server/Datacenter instance (Core, Software or Service Management) - Insight is required for CMDB synchronization.

Alanata License - license with valid subscription is required for integration to work. Read more about licensing here or get your own Trial through our customer channels.
